Cummins India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 04, 2014, inter alia, have declared an interim dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share on 277,200,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2013-14. The dividend warrants for the said interim dividend will be dispatched by March 01, 2014 and the dividend will be paid on March 04, 2014.
