Cyient Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is compliant with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The Company has adopted and implemented the code of conduct for prevention of insider trading as required under the regulations. It has also implemented a Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.
