Cyient Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 15, 2015, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 3 per share on face value of Rs. 5 each, aggregating Rs. 4,061 lakhs including distribution tax.
