Cyient Ltd has informed BSE that the Board has recommended a final dividend of 100% for the financial year 2014-15, i.e., dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each. The dividend shall be paid on August 01, 2015 subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
