| We wish to inform you that on September 15, 2017, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 17,986 shares of Rs. 10/- each on exercise of 17,986 stock options under DBCL-ESOS- 2010 and DBCL-ESOS- 2011 - Schemes to its employees covered under the scheme. <BR> <BR> Following are details of the increase in the Issued and Paid-up Capital of the Company: <BR> Existing Issued and Paid-up Capital (Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each) 18,39,34,832<BR> Shares allotted / increased by (Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each) 17,986<BR> Revised Issued and Paid-up Capital (Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each) 18,39,52,818<BR> <BR> The new equity shares rank pari passu in all respects with existing capital.We are initiating corporate action with the Depositories and will submit necessary documents to you in due course for purpose of listing of the shares. <BR> We request you to kindly note that we have already received the 'in-principle approval' from you for listing of these shares under respective Schemes. | |
