D B Realty Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading for Designated Employees, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 , the trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the purpose of declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company and their dependents from May 19, 2015 till 24 hours after announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).
