D B Realty Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading for Designated employees, Directors, officers, connected persons etc., framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016, for all the above categories viz. Designated Employees (including Directors), officers of the company, their dependants, connected persons etc., from February 07, 2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the stock exchanges (both days inclusive).
