D-Link (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter /year ended March 31, 2016.<BR>The Board of Directors will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for all the Directors, Officers and designated employees of the Company from April 01, 2016 till the announcement of financial results to the public.<BR><BR>The communication to that effect under the said code has been sent to all the Directors, officers and designated employees of the Company.
