D-Link (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 07, 2015 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for all the Directors and designated personnel from July 01, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public i.e. August 07, 2015.
