| D-Link (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 08, 2014, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for all the Directors, Officers and designated employees of the Company from July 01, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public i.e. August 09, 2014.<br/><br/>The communication to that effect under the said code has been sent to all the Directors, officers and designated employees of the company on July 01, 2014. | |
