Dabur India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2016, has recommended Final dividend of Rs. 1/- per share having face value of Rs. 1/- each (i.e. 100%) on the Equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>In case dividend is approved by the shareholders in the aforesaid AGM the Company will make the payment of said dividend from August 10, 2016 onwards.
