Dabur India Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company in its meeting held on May 27, 2016 has allotted equity shares of the Company under the Dabur Employees Stock Option Scheme 2000, as under:<BR><BR>- Number of options exercised : 601800<BR>Total number of shares arising as a result of exercise of options : 601800 equity shares of Re. 1 each.<BR>Money realized by exercise of options : Rs. 6,01,800<BR><BR>With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company increased to Rs. 1,76,14,92,970/- divided into 1,76,14,92,970 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each.
