Dabur India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed September 22, 2014 as the Record Date for ascertaining the names of Shareholders / Beneficial Owners entitled to receive the aforesaid interim dividend, if declared by the Board of Directors in the aforesaid meeting.<br/><br/>Further, in case Interim Dividend is declared by the Board in the aforesaid meeting, the Company will make the payment of said Dividend on September 25, 2014 onwards.
