Dai-Ichi Karkaria Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 02, 2014, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share and a special dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 2.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each, for the year ended March 31, 2014, subject to approval of members. The date of payment of dividend will be August 18, 2014.
