Dai-Ichi Karkaria Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 02, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014, and the Board will also be considering recommendation of final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2014, for approval of the shareholders.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from April 22, 2014 to May 04, 2014 (both days inclusive).
