Dai-Ichi Karkaria Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 16, 2016, inter alia, to consider Interim Dividend for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from March 12, 2016 to March 18, 2016 (both days inclusive).
