| Dalmia Bharat Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 26, 2014 to August 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Final Dividend shall be paid on or after September 05, 2014 to all the Members of the Company as on the date of commencement of Book Closure. | |
