| DB International Stock Brokers Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 27, 2017, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:<BR><BR>- To consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter (Q-3) ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, pursuant to the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter ended on December 31, 2016 for all the officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from January 18, 2017 till January 31, 2017 i.e. atleast 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company i.e. on January 27, 2017 to the Stock Exchange (Both days Inclusive).<BR><BR>Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from January 18, 2017 till January 31, 2017 (both days inclusive). | |
