DB International Stock Brokers Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Yashwant Gupta has resigned from the post of Company<BR>Secretary.<BR><BR>The Company accepted his resignation w.e.f. August 04, 2015 and relieved him of his responsibilities. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary. Mr. Yashwant Gupta also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company. His successor shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange(s).
