DCB Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on October 13, 2015, inter alia, for consideration and approval of Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the 2nd Quarter and the Half Year ended September 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>In view of the aforesaid Board Meeting, the Bank has closed its Trading Window from October 05, 2015, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as required under DCB Bank-Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The Trading Window would be re-opened 48 hours after the release of the aforesaid Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges.
