DCB Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 10,150 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on April 14, 2014, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOPs) of the Bank. Post allotment, Banks issued and paid up share capital has increased to 25,03,34,772 shares of Rs. 10/- each.
