DCB Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 76,520 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on September 09, 2015, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, the Banks issued and paid up share capital has increased to 28,34,40,793 shares of Rs. 10/- each.
