DCB Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 8,400 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on January 14, 2017, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 285,052,503 shares of Rs.10/- each.
