DCB Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 1,22,025 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on August 08, 2015, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment. Banks issued and paid up share capital has increased to 28,33,64,273 shares of Rs. 10/- each.
