| DCB Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 1,96,200 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on November 26, 2015, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 28,36,41,673 shares of Rs. 10/- each. | |
