| DCM Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 and consider the recommendation of final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the 'Trading Window' for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company by Insiders, has/shall remain closed from one month prior to the date of board meeting till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the 4th quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 i.e. close of working hours of May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive). | |
