the Board of Directors has in their meeting held on 1.5.2017 decided to close the Share Transfer Books and the Register of Members of the Company from 25.7.2017 to 1.8.2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM of the Company scheduled to be held on 1st August 2017 and payment of final dividend, if declared by Shareholders.
