DCM Shriram Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. B. L. Sachdeva, Company Secretary, has retired from the Company w.e.f. close of March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, Mr. Sameet Gambhir has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2015.<BR><BR>The said appointment of Mr. Sameet Gambhir shall be taken up in the ensuing Board Meeting of the Company for approval by Board of Directors.
