De Nora India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & Financial Period ended March 2016 & for recommending Dividend, if any.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Directors/Officers/Designated Persons of the Company from May 09, 2016 to May 27, 2016 (both days inclusive). The communication has been sent to the Directors/Officers/Designated Persons of the Company.
