De Nora India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has formulated and approved the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information pursuant to Section 8(1) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and has published the same on the official website of the Company. This Code shall come into force with effect from May 15, 2015.
