Deccan Cements Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2015, inter alia, to consider & approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from Monday, July 27, 2015 to Thursday, August 13, 2015 (both days inclusive).
