Deccan Cements Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 16, 2016, inter alia, to consider and declare interim dividend.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from March 12, 2016 till 48 hours after conclusion of the board meeting on March 16, 2016.
