Deccan Cements Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider & approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from January 26, 2017 to February 13, 2017 (both days inclusive).
