Deccan Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 11, 2015, inter alia, has appointed Mr. Ramamurthy Gopalakrishnan as Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-independent) on the Board of the Company with immediate effect, who shall hold office upto the date of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 22, 2015.
