| Deccan Cements Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Connpany will be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider & approve, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from January 25, 2016 to February 11, 2016 (both days inclusive). | |
