| Deccan Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on September 29, 2014.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that the Company has Provided its Members the facility to exercise their right to vote by electronic means and all the business set out in the 34th AGM notice may be transacted through the e-Voting services availed by the Company from Karvy Computershare Private Limited (KCPL). The e-voting period commences on September 22, 2014 at 9.00 a.m. and ends on September 24, 2014 at 6.00 p.m. The e-voting module shall be disabled for voting after 6.00 p.m. on September 24, 2014. Once the vote on a resolution is cast by the shareholder, the same cannot be modified subsequently.<br/><br/>The voting rights shall be as per the number of equity shares held by the Member(s) as on August 29, 2014 (cut-off date). | |
