Deep Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of amalgamation of Kanvel Finance Private Limited and Kanvel Oil and Gas Private Limited and Prabhavati Properties Private Limited and Savla Enterprise Private Limited and Yash Organochem Private Limited (collectively referred to as Transferor Companies) with Deep Industries Limited (the Company) and restructure of share capital of Deep Industries Limited was sanctioned by the Honble High Court of Gujarat vide its order dated April 25, 2016.<BR><BR>Post the sanction of the Scheme, the company filed the order of the High Court of Gujarat sanctioning the Scheme with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) in Form INC-28 on May 16, 2016. The said Form INC-28 has been approved by ROC on June 06, 2016. Accordingly, the Scheme has become effective on May 16, 2016 with effect from April 01, 2015, being the Appointed Date of the Scheme. Upon the Scheme becoming effective, an aggregate of 1,12,58,080 shares of Rs. 10 each held by the Transferor Companies collectively in Deep Industries Limited stand cancelled.
