Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2016, inter- alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for trading in securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 20, 2016 to May 28, 2016 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
