Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Thursday, 02nd November 2017, have approved the issue of non-convertible debentures aggregating to Rs. 250 crores on private placement basis with an additional Rs.250 Crores as green-shoe option subject to the approval of shareholders of the company. The proceeds from this issue would be used mainly for the repayment of existing NCD.<BR> <BR>
