Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd has submitted to BSE a letter dated September 25, 2014 received from SCM Soilfert Limited regarding open offer by SCM Soilfert Limited along with Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Limited to acquire up to 30,813,939 equity shares representing 26.0% of the emerging voting capital under the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011 as amended from the public shareholders of Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited for upward revision in open offer price from Rs. 63/- to Rs.93.60/- per equity share.
