Deepak Nitrite Ltd has informed BSE that a Committee of Board of Directors of the Company has fixed June 23, 2014 as Record Date for the purpose of :<br/><br/>1. Sub-division of Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each into five (5) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.<br/><br/>2. Issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of one (1) Equity Share of Rs. 2/- for every one (1) Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each held on the Record Date (post sub-division).
