Deepak Nitrite Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 09, 2016, has recommended, subject to the approval of shareholders, payment of dividend of Rs. 1.20/- (Rupee One and Paisa Twenty Only) (60%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>The dividend, if approved by shareholder at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.<BR><BR>The Board Meeting commenced at 1.30 p.m. and concluded at 5.50 p.m.
