Dear Sir/Madam,Pursuant to the requirement of the provisions of regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the exchange is hereby informed that a meeting of Project Funding Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on March 3, 2017, inter alia, to consider and determine the price for Equity Shares of the Company to be issued through Qualified Institutions Placement, which was opened on February 28, 2017, in accordance with Chapter VIII and other applicable provisions of the SEBI ICDR Regulations and Section 42 and 62 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules made thereunder.
