Deepak Nitrite Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 13, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To recommend Dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, the "Trading Window" for the above purpose shall remain closed from April 29, 2015 to May 14, 2015, both days inclusive.
