Delta Corp Ltd has informed BSE that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 15, 2014 has made allotment of 1,94,750 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each to the employee of the Company and its subsidiaries under "Delta Corp ESOP- 2009" Scheme.<br/><br/>The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has accordingly increased from 22,95,76,854 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each to 22,97,71,604 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each.
