Delta Corp Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 28,2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In this regard, as per Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company, shall remain closed for all the Directors and other designated employees covered under the Code, from the closure of business hours of July 18, 2014 to closure of business hours of July 29, 2014.
