With reference to the earlier letter dated August 22, 2015 regarding proposed issuance of Equity Shares to Government of India on preferential basis, to the tune of Rs. 407 cr. Now, Dena Bank has informed BSE that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Bank will be held on September 22, 2015 at 11.00 A.M. at Auditorium, Sir Sorabji Pochkhanawala Bankers Training College, J.V.P.D. Scheme, Vile Parle (West), Mumbai - 400056 to get the shareholders approval for the proposed issue of equity shares, on preferential basis, to Government of India, by way of Special Resolution.
