Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies ( Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel ), Rules, 2014, Listing Agreement and Articles of Association of the Company have approved the appointment of Mr. Harshil Mehta as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The appointment of Mr. Harshil Mehta shall take effect from January 17, 2015. <BR><BR>Further the Company submitted to BSE a copy of media release dated January 13, 2015, titled "DHFL appoints Mr. Harshil Mehta as the CEO".
