With reference to the earlier Announcement dated October 20, 2015, regarding Financial Results for Sept 30, 2015 (Q2 Results) Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that in Note No. 6 of the aforesaid results, the date mentioned as 7th August, 2015 may please be read as 11 August, 2015.<BR><BR>Now the Company has submitted Revised Un-Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the Second Quarter / Half Year ended 30th September, 2015, along with the Limited Review Report carried out by the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company.
