| Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 23, 2015, allotted 54,000 (Fifty Four Thousand) fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to the eligible employees of the Company under the DHFL Employee Stock Option Schemes -2009-PIan-III.<BR><BR>The said equity shares rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.<BR><BR>Consequent to the allotment of equity shares under the subject DHFL Employees Stock Option Scheme to the eligible employees of the Company, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 291,71,30,600 divided into 29,17,13,060 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 291,76,70,600 divided into 29,17,67,060 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each. | |
